dc.description.abstractTato práce se zabývá řešením problematiky zvyšování znalostního potenciálu zaměstnanců v malých a středních podnicích. Zabývá se možnostmi řešení problémů v MSP nasazením metod průmyslového inženýrství a to za podpory vzdělávacích metod, konkrétně manažerských her. Jsou zde řešeny vzdělávací metody a současná situace v této oblasti. Dále je zde v rámci metod průmyslového vytvořen nový způsob jejich kategorizace pro snadnější orientaci v dané problematice. Je zde také provedena (s využitím myšlenkových map) analýza současného stavu v MSP. Vytvořená metodika kombinuje nalezení problému v MSP, navržení vhodné metody PI a vzdělávací metody, která nám pomůže znalosti z oblasti PI přenést na zaměstnance a pomoci tím řešení uvedeného problému. V další části práce je samotné ověření metodiky, ověření hypotéz a přínosy práce.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis discusses the issue of employees knowledge potential increasing in small and medium-sized enterprises. It deals with possibilities of solving problems in SMEs by deployment of industrial engineering methods with support of educational methods, namely managerial games. Educational methods and current situation in this area are dealt here. There is also, within the industrial methods, created a new method of categorization for easier orientation in the field. Analysis of current situation in SMEs (using mind mapping) is also done. Resulting methodology combines finding problem in SMEs, proposal of appropriate methods for IE and educational methods that will help us transfer knowledge of IE to staff and helps with the solution of this problem. The second part is the actual verification of methodology, hypotheses and thesis benefits.en
