| dc.description.abstract | Úspěšné firmy v dnešní době mají jednoho společného činitele dobře fungující personální politiku. Základem řízení lidského kapitálu je výběr vhodných pracovníků, správná motivace a odpovídající hodnocení a odměňování. Nejen těmito aspekty se zabývá tato diplomová práce. Je zde vytvořena strategická analýza, stanoveny strategické cíle a způsob jejich naplnění. Následuje implementace strategie a vytyčení personálních cílů. V závěrečné fázi jsou díky analýze interních procesů zaměřených na lidský kapitál stanoveny návrhy opatření ke zvýšení výkonnosti lidských zdrojů. Diplomová práce se skládá z 6 kapitol, které vycházejí ze stanovených strategických cílů a jsou navzájem provázány. | cs |

The basis of human capital management is the selection of appropriate staff, positive motivation and accurate evaluation and rewarding. Not only these aspects are addressed in this thesis. It also describes strategic analysis, sets the strategic goals and the ways to achieve them. Following implementation strategies and identification of personal goals. In the final part, through analysis of internal processes focused on human capital measures set out proposals for the consideration of the performance of human resources.
