dc.description.abstractTématem práce je strategická analýza prostředí vybrané organizace. Cílem práce je provedení dílčích strategických šetření a následné vyvození závěrů pro navržení doporučení zkoumané společnosti. Tento cíl byl naplněn skrze analýzu mikroprostředí, mezoprostředí a makroprostředí společnosti. Při analýze makroprostředí byly použity metody PESTLE a benchmarking. Pro analýzu mezoprostředí byl využit Porterův pětifaktorový model konkurenčního prostředí. Analýza mikroprostředí byla provedena zkoumáním firemních faktorů společnosti. Na základě výsledků byla sestavena SWOT matice. Dále byla představena navrhovaná strategie TOWS analýzy a vhodný postoj metody SPACE. Následně byly navrženy dvě hlavní doporučení společnosti, vytvoření vlastní webové stránky a vytvoření účtu na sociální síti.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe topic of the thesis is a strategic analysis of the environment of a selected organization. The aim of the thesis is to conduct partial strategic investigations and then draw conclusions to propose recommendations to the company under study. This objective has been fulfilled through the analysis of the company's micro, meso and macro environments. PESTLE and benchmarking methods were used in the analysis of the macro-environment. Porter's five-factor model of competitive environment was used to analyze the meso environment. The microenvironment analysis was done by examining the company's corporate factors. Based on the results, a SWOT matrix was constructed. Furthermore, the proposed strategy of TOWS analysis and the appropriate stance of SPACE method were presented. Subsequently, two main recommendations of the company, creating its own website and creating a social network account, were proposed.en
