dc.description.abstractČlánek zkoumá arbitráž sportovních sázek a demonstruje ji na datech z anglického fotbalu mezi sezónami 2013–14 a 2017–18. Je navrženo několik strategií arbitrážních sázek, např. preference pro favority nebo outsidery, a ty jsou používány pro sázení ve čtyřech nejvyšších anglických fotbalových ligách. Výsledky jsou porovnávány s ohledem na průměrný zisk na zápas a, jak lze očekávat, získávají se nejlepší hodnoty pro Premier League se 110 arbitrážními příležitostmi v sezóně 2017-18.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe paper investigates sports betting arbitrage and demonstrates it on data from English football between seasons 2013–14 and 2017–18. Several strategies of arbitrage betting are proposed, e.g., preference for favourite or outsider, and they are used for betting in four top level English football leagues. Results are compared using average profit per match, and, as can be expected, best values are obtained for the Premier League with 110 arbitrage opportunities in the 2017–18 season.en
