dc.description.abstractTématem této bakalářské práce je image vybrané destinace. Hlavním cílem je analýza image destinace - města Plzně. Dále jsou čtyři sekundární cíle: Identifikace silných a slabých stránek Plzně a jejich využití ke zlepšení image města, Identifikace nejsilnějších prvků image. Identifikace největších konkurentů města Plzně a návrhy na využitý nalezených prvků image. V teoretické části je popsán cestovní ruch, marketing destinace, tvorba image destinace, formování image destinace, modely tvorby image a přístupy měření image destinace. Následně je představena metodika práce a samotná destinace - město Plzeň. Hlavní část práce se týká vyhodnocování dotazníkového šetření a tvorbou návrhů pro zlepšení image města na základě zjištěných informací. Na základě výsledků z dotazníků bylo vytvořeno několik návrhů pro zlepšení image. Na základě závěru a vytvořených návrhů se došlo k závěru, že práce byla úspěšná.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe theme of this bachelor's work is the image of selected destination. The main objective is to analyse the image of the destination - the city of Pilsen. There are also four secondary targets: Identifying Pilsen's strengths and weaknesses and using them to improve the city's image, Identifying the strongest elements of the image. Identification of the city's biggest competitors Pilsen and suggestions for used image elements found. The theoretical section describes tourism, destination marketing, destination image creation, destination image formation, image creation models and destination image measurement approaches. Subsequently, the methodology of the work and the destination itself - the city of Pilsen - are presented. The main part of the work concerns evaluating the questionnaire investigation and making proposals to improve the city's image based on the information found. Based on the results from the questionnaires, several suggestions have been made to improve the image. On the basis of the conclusions and proposals made, it was concluded that the work had been successful.en
