dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce představuje informační a komunikační technologie v cestovní ruchu. Zásadním distribučním kanálem je internet. Nejznámější nabízenou službou internetu jsou webové stránky. Webové stránky jsou důležitým médiem pro prezentaci destinací. Webové stránky lze hodnotit pomocí kritérií. Splnění kritérií je předpokladem úspěšnosti webových stránek. V práci je provedena analýza webových stránek Národního parku Šumava - npsumava.cz a Bayerischer Wald - bayerischer-wald.de klasickým uživatelským testováním. Vzhledem k umístění lokalit byl výzkum veden v českém a německém jazyce. Standardizovaným dotazníkovým šetřením byla zjištěna větší úspěšnost webových stránek Národního parku Šumava. Na základě výsledků polostrukturovaného dotazníkového šetření s respondenty byla navržena zlepšení.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe Masters's Thesis presents the information and communication technologies in tourism. The essential distribution channel is the Internet. The most well-known Internet service offered is websites. Websites are an important medium for presenting destinations. Websites can be evaluated using criteria. Meeting the criteria is a prerequisite for the success of the website. The thesis analyzes the websites of the Šumava National Park - npsumava.cz and Bayerischer Wald - bayerischer-wald.de by classic user testing. Due to the location of the sites, the research was conducted in Czech and German. The standardized questionnaire survey revealed a higher success rate of the Šumava National Park website. Based on the results of a semi-structured questionnaire survey with respondents, improvements were proposed.en
