dc.description.abstractCílem této práce bylo zjistit aktuální stav slangu v gastronomii, získat potřebný jazykový materiál a provést jazykovou analýzu sesbíraného jazykového materiálu z různých lexikologických hledisek. Těžištěm této práce je rozbor zaměřený na způsob slovotvorného i neslovotvorného utváření jednotlivých jazykových jednotek. Jako další cíl jsme si stanovili vytvoření slovníčku slangových výrazů v gastronomii, který tak bude do budoucna sloužit dalším zájemcům o tuto problematiku.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe theme, I chose for my thesis, is slang in gastronomy. The aim of this work was to determine the current status of slang in gastronomy, obtain the necessary language material and make a linguistic analysis of the collected language material from different points of lexicological view.The focus of this work is the analysis focused on the way of word formation and no word formation and shaping of individual language units. As another goal we set to create a glossary of slang in gastronomy, which will serve other people interested in this issue in future .en
