| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá začínajícími učitelkami v Karlovarském kraji. Jaké jsou jejich první postřehy ve své profesní kariéře, jak svou začáteční kariéru vidí a jak by ji zhodnotily. Jestli znají a jak vnímají profesní kompetence, a jak je dále rozvíjejí. Teoretická část zahrnuje učitele v mateřské škole, jaký je a co by vše měl umět a znát aby byl kvalitní. Dále je zde začínající učitel, jak probíhá plán a uvádění do praxe. Také jaké má začínající učitel první problémy v začátcích, a jak se k nim postavit. Část je zde věnována kompetencím učitele mateřské školy a jak s nimi správně pracovat a rozvíjet je. V praktické části se nachází dotazník, který hodnotí začátky učitelů, dále neformální rozhovor a dotazník jak učitelé hodnotí své profesní kompetence. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor thesis is focused on the topic of beginning teachers in Carlsbad district. The main goal was to find out what are their first professional insights, how do they reflect on their career and how would they evaluate it. Additional objective was to determine how do the teachers perceive their professional competences and in what way do they evolve them. Theoretical part is focused on the topic of teachers in kindergarten, what should they embody and what should be their knowledge in order to provide the best possible education. There is also a chapter about the beginning teachers, their educational plans and their transition to practice. Another subject of the theoretical part were potential problems that inexperienced teachers may experience at the beginning of their career as well as some possible ways of handling them. This part is mainly focused on the competences of teachers in kindergarten, how to use them properly and how to develop them. Practical part includes a questionnaire which aims to evaluate the beginning phase of the interviewed teachers as well as an informal interview and a questionnaire, both of which provides teachers' own evaluation of their professional competences. | en |
