dc.description.abstractČlánek pojednává o rozvodu manželství jako o klasickém způsobu zániku manželství podle občanského zákoníku. Věnuje se analýze zákonných ustanovení upravujících rozvod manželství, ať se již jedná o rozvod "sporný" či rozvod "nesporný". Kromě teoretického rozboru se dále věnuje individuálním situacím, které mohou v souvislosti s rozvodem manželství nastat a pokouší se nastínit možná řešení těchto situací.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe article deals with divorce as a classic way of dissolving a marriage under the Civil Code. It is devoted to analysing the statutory provisions governing divorce, whether it be "contested" divorce or "indisputable" divorce. In addition to his theoretical analysis, he also discusses individual situations that may arise in the context of a marriage divorce and attempts to outline possible solutions to these situations.en
