dc.description.abstractPředložená práce se zaměřuje na popis inovačního projektu GalaxyMD, zhodnocení jeho dosavadní průběhu a analýzu konkurenčních zdravotnických softwarů na českém trhu. Cílem práce je na základě zjištěných poznatků navrhnout doporučení, která mohou být uplatněna v rámci dalšího vývoje softwaru GalaxyMD. Teoretická východiska práce jsou zaměřena na shrnutí základů managementu inovací, projektového managementu, a vymezení postupu řízení projektů ve vývoji softwaru prostřednictvím metodologie Scrum. Empirická část práce obsahuje charakteristiku inovačního projektu GalaxyMD a analýzu šestnácti zdravotnických softwarů. V závěru práce jsou uvedeny a shrnuty hlavní poznatky formou odpovědí na stanovené výzkumné otázky.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe presented thesis focuses on the description of the GalaxyMD innovation project, the evaluation of its history and analysis of competing medical software on the Czech market. The aim of the master thesis is to propose recommendations based on the findings that can be applied in the further development of GalaxyMD software. The theoretical basis of the thesis is focused on review of basic principles of innovation and project management, and on the to the management process in the software development using Scrum methodology. The empirical part of the thesis contains the characteristics of the GalaxyMD innovation project and analysis of sixteen medical software packages. At the end of the thesis are presented and summarized the main findings in the form of answers to specified research questions.en
