dc.description.abstractČlánek porovnává efektivitu městské hromadné dopravy ve městech Plzeň a Ostrava. Pro srovnání účinnosti byl vytvořen systém vhodných poměrů. Poměry byly vypočítány z podkladových údajů v časových řadách od roku 2010 do roku 2019. Nejprve byly porovnány dopravní služby v obou městech na základě následujících ukazatelů: hustota dopravní sítě, dopravní zařízení, srovnávací dopravní kapacita, rozvoj průměrného stáří vozidel veřejné dopravy ve srovnání s vývojem investic do vozového parku přepočítaných na jednotku výkonu. Následně bylo provedeno srovnání efektivity, přičemž jako základní kritérium byl zvolen parametr využití kapacity přepravního výkonu. Analýza byla doplněna o srovnání skutečných tržeb na obyvatele, srovnání nominálních tržeb na přepraveného cestujícího a srovnání skutečné hodnoty kompenzace na obyvatele. Na základě srovnání byly vyvozeny závěry. Ukazují, že ačkoliv má město Ostrava relativně lepší vybavení hromadnou dopravou, město Plzeň využívá svoji veřejnou dopravu efektivněji.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe article compares the efficiency of municipal public transport in the cities of Pilsen and Ostrava. To compare the efficiency, a system of suitable ratios has been drawn up. The ratios were calculated from the underlying data in the time series from 2010 to 2019. First, the transport services in both cities were compared on the basis of the following indicators: density of the transport network, transport facilities, comparative transport capacity, the development of the average age of public transport vehicles in comparison with the development of investments in the vehicle fleet recalculated per unit of performance. Subsequently, the comparison of efficiency was drawn, with the parameter of capacity utilization of transport performance being chosen as the basic criterion. The analysis was complemented with a comparison of real sales per capita, a comparison of nominal sales per passenger transported and a comparison of the real value of compensation per capita. Based on the comparisons, the conclusions were drawn. They show that although the city of Ostrava has relatively better public transport facilities, the city of Pilsen uses its public transport more efficiently.en
