dc.description.abstractCílem této diplomové práce je popsat principy služby doprovázení poskytované pěstounům a zjistit, zda jsou pěstouni se službou spokojení, a co jejich spokojenost ovlivňuje. Základem výzkumného šetření byl popis teoretických poznatků v oblasti teorií spokojenosti a v oblasti péče o ohrožené děti, a to především péče pěstounské. V textu práce byl zmíněn rovněž historický, politický a legislativní kontext, který souvisí se změnami v oblasti náhradní rodinné péče, ke kterým v současné době dochází, a je tak zdůvodněním volby tématu práce. Zjišťování spokojenosti pěstounů se službou doprovázení, která je jim poskytována, probíhala formou kvalitativního rozhovoru, který byl dále analyzován pomocí zakotvené teorie. Výsledkem výzkumného šetření je zjištění, jaké faktory ovlivňují spokojenost pěstounů se službou, a rovněž do jaké míry jsou pěstouni s podobou poskytované služby spokojeni.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe objective of this thesis is to describe principles of guidance service provided to foster parents and to determine whether foster parents are satisfied with the service, and what influences their satisfaction. The basis of the research was the description of theoretical knowledge in the theory of satisfaction and in the care of vulnerable children, particularly the foster care. In the thesis there was also mentioned historical, political and legislative context, which is related to changes in the foster care system, which currently occur. It is justification for the choice of the subject of the thesis. Detecting the satisfaction of the foster parents with the guidance service that they were provided was in the form of qualitative interview, which was further analyzed using grounded theory. Which factors affect satisfaction of foster parents with the service, and also the extent to which the foster parents are satisfied with the form of service are the results of the research.en
