dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce na téma "Porušení pracovních povinností jako důvod skončení pracovněprávního vztahu" je zaměřena na rozvázání pracovního poměru zaměstnavatelem v důsledku porušení pracovní povinnosti zaměstnancem. V práci jsou zmíněny některé povinnosti zaměstnance a rozebrána intenzita porušení pracovní povinnosti. Práce se také zabývá povinností zaměstnance strpět kontrolu vykonávanou zaměstnavatelem za účelem ochrany majetkových práv zaměstnavatele a zajištění efektivity práce. Dále je práce zaměřena na pracovněprávní spory vzniklé v důsledku rozvázání pracovního poměru z důvodu porušení pracovní povinnosti.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis "Violation of labour duties as a reason for termination of employment relationship" is focused on the termination of the employment by the employer as a result of violation of duty by the employee. In the thesis are mentioned some duties to work of the employee and analysed the intensity of the violation of duty to work. The thesis also deals with the duty of the employee to suffer the control of the employer in order to protect the employer's proprietary rights and to ensure the effectiveness of the work. Further, the thesis is focused on labour disputes arising from the termination of employment due to breach of duty to work.en
