| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na obchodní činnost podniků služeb cestovního ruchu. Cílem této práce je uskutečnit průzkum a zhodnotit současnou nabídku suvenýrů města Klatovy a následně vytvořit návrh na zkvalitnění této nabídky pro vybraný subjekt. V první části práce je vypracována teoretická rešerše, která se týká především služeb cestovního ruchu, obchodu a obchodní činnosti či suvenýrů. Dále následuje metodika práce, která konkrétně objasňuje použité metody při dílčích částech výzkumu a dále stanovuje jednotlivé výzkumné předpoklady. Druhá část práce se zabývá průzkumem a hodnocením současné nabídky suvenýrů ve městě Klatovy. Součástí je také vyhodnocení třífázového výzkumu, který je uskutečněn prostřednictvím osobních rozhovorů, ankety a skupinových rozhovorů. Vyhodnoceny jsou zde dále výzkumné předpoklady stanovené v teoretické části práce. Na základě výsledků výzkumu je v poslední části práce vytvořen návrh na zkvalitnění současné nabídky suvenýrů vybraného subjektu, kterým je Informační centrum Klatovy. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor thesis is focused on the commercial business of tourism business services. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to carry out a survey and evaluation of a current supply of souvenirs in Klatovy town and then create a proposal to improve the current supply of souvenirs for the selected institution. There is a theoretical information especially about tourism services, business and commercial business or souvenirs in the first part of the thesis. Further, there is a methodology of the thesis that specifically explains the used methods during the parts of the research and also determines some hypotheses. In the second part, there is evaluated the current supply of souvenirs in Klatovy town. This thesis also includes the evaluation of three-phase research, which is carried out through personal interviews, questionnaire and focus groups. There are also evaluated the hypotheses determined in the theoretical part of the thesis. On the basis of research results, in the last part of the thesis, there is created a proposal to improve the current supply of souvenirs of the selected institution, which is Information Center Klatovy. | en |
