dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá age managementem, trendem aktivního stárnutí. Vychází ze zaměstnávání starších pracovníků, podpory jejich pracovní schopnosti a důležitosti jejich aktivního zapojení s ohledem na demografický vývoj obyvatelstva. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny klíčové pojmy související s konceptem age managementu a v praktické části je analyzováno uplatňování age managementu ve vybrané organizaci. Vlastní výzkum je proveden formou dotazníkového šetření mezi zaměstnanci společnosti a rozhovorem s vedoucím pracovníkem. Cílem práce je zhodnotit, zda jsou používány nástroje age managementu, jsou-li vytvářeny pracovní podmínky odpovídající pracovním schopnostem starších pracovníků s ohledem na jejich měnící se potřeby a vyvození závěru s navržením možných doporučení pro zlepšení situace.cs
dc.description.abstract-translated"A TREND OF ACTIVE AGEING" that´s what this bachelor thesis is all about. Being based on the employment of the elderly work force, backing their working ability and their stance towards an active involvement considering demographic development of the population. Key terms of age management are explained in theoretical part whereas analyses of application of age management in practice in selected organisation are in the practical part of this thesis. The actual research is carried out in the form of a questionnaire survey among the company employees and a manager interview. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate and to draw a conclusion whether age management tools are used, working conditions created corresponding to the working abilities of older workers with regard to their changing needs and suggested possible recommendations for improvements.en
