dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá využíváním flexibilních forem zaměstnávání ve společnosti Key Plastics Janovice s.r.o., člen skupiny Key Plastics. První kapitola je věnovaná představení společnosti včetně její specifické personální strategie. V následující kapitole se zabývám teoretickým vymezením flexibility spojené s výrobou a s řízením lidských zdrojů, teorií "flexibilní firmy" a následně rozčleněním a vymezením jednotlivých flexibilních forem zaměstnávání. Ve třetí kapitole je provedena analýza využívání pružných forem zaměstnávání ve společnosti z pohledu managementu a z pohledu pracovníků. Na základě zjištěných poznatků jsou ve třetí kapitole doporučeny možné změny, které by měly společnosti pomoci zefektivnit systém využívání flexibilních forem zaměstnávání.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis deals with the use of flexible forms of employment at Key Plastics Janovice Co., member of Key Plastics group. The first chapter is devoted to the presentation of the company including its specific personnel strategy. The following chapter deals with the theoretical definition of the flexibility associated with the production and management of human resousces, model of the "flexible firm" and then breaking down and defining the various flexible forms of employment. The third chapter focuses on the analysis of the use of flexible forms of employment in the company from the perspective of management and from the perspective of workers. There are also recommendations of possible changes based on my findings that should help streamline the system of the use of flexible forms of employment.en
