| dc.description.abstract | Předložená diplomová práce se zaměřuje na hodnocení efektivnosti personální politiky ve společnosti OMEXOM GA Energo s.r.o. Cílem práce je provedení zhodnocení jednotlivých personálních činností a navržení možných cílů a opatření pro zvýšení výkonnosti lidského kapitálu. Úvodní část práce představuje analyzovaný podnik a definuje jeho strategický záměr. Cílem druhé kapitoly je nalezení vhodné strategie na základě výsledků strategické analýzy externího a interního prostředí. Stěžejní kapitola číslo čtyři je věnována analýze interních procesů se zaměřením na lidský kapitál včetně nalezení silných a slabých stránek jednotlivých personálních činností. Důležitou součástí této kapitoly je též šetření protokolů z hodnoticích pohovorů s využitím metody obsahové analýzy. V závěrečné části práce jsou stanoveny cíle a navržena opatření pro rozvoj lidských zdrojů. Poslední kapitola identifikuje možná rizika navržených opatření a jejich ošetření. Diplomová práce je rozčleněna do šesti kapitol, ve kterých se prolíná teoretická a praktická část. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | Presented diploma thesis is focused on the effectiveness assessment of personnel policy of the company OMEXOM GA Energo s.r.o. The aim of this diploma thesis is to evaluate effectiveness of individual personnel activities and suggest possible goals and actions for human capital development. In the first part of the thesis there is introduction of analyzed company and its strategic plan. The aim of the second chapter is to find a suitable strategy based on results of strategic analysis of external and internal environment. The crucial chapter number four is devoted to analysis of internal processes focusing on human resources including finding strengths and weaknesses of individual personnel activities. Important part of this chapter is also to inquiry records from evaluation using content analysis. There are defined goals and suggested actions for human capital development in the final part. Last chapter identifies possible risks of suggested actions and their treatment. The diploma thesis is divided into six chapters in which theoretical part is interconnected with practical part. | en |
