dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zaměřuje na využívání umělé inteligence v oblasti řízení lidských zdrojů v českém firemním prostředí. Hlavním cílem je zmapovat současný a plánovaný stav implementace AI v HRM, identifikovat oblasti jejího využití, vnímané přínosy a překážky, a porovnat postoje firem v různých fázích adopce této technologie. Výzkum probíhal formou dotazníkového šetření mezi třemi skupinami firem - těmi, které AI již využívají, plánují její zavedení, nebo o ní zatím neuvažují. Práce propojuje teoretická východiska s analytickým vyhodnocením dat a umožňuje porozumět nejen současnému stavu, ale i očekávanému vývoji v oblasti AI v HR. Výsledky slouží jako podklad pro návrh konkrétních doporučení, která mohou firmám pomoci při zavádění této technologie.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis focuses on the use of artificial intelligence in human resource management within Czech companies. The main objective is to map both the current and planned state of AI implementation in HRM, identify areas of application, perceived benefits and barriers, and compare the attitudes of companies at different stages of AI adoption. The research was conducted through a questionnaire distributed among three groups of companiesthose already using AI, those planning to implement it, and those not yet considering it. By combining theoretical foundations with analytical data evaluation, the thesis offers insight into not only the present state but also the anticipated development of artificial intelligence in human resource management. The findings serve as a basis for proposing specific recommendations that can help companies implement this technology effectively.en
