dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje možnostem motivace pracovníků v organizaci, konkrétně veřejné organizaci Městský úřad Tachov, kde byl důraz kladen pouze na administrativní pracovníky této sféry. Cílem práce je zhodnotit možnosti motivace z pohledu zaměstnanců v podniku a navrhnout případná opatření, která by měla přispět ke zlepšení tohoto systému. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části jsou na základě literární rešerše vymezeny základní pojmy související s motivací jako jsou různé teorie motivace a faktory, které ovlivňují motivaci zaměstnanců. V praktické části je představena organizace městský úřad Tachov, jeho struktura a konkrétní odbory. Stěžejní kapitolou je dotazníkové šetření a následný rozhovor, jehož cílem je zjistit konkrétní problémy v oblasti motivace zaměstnanců. Výsledky dotazníkového šetření jsou následně analyzovány a na jejich základě jsou navržena opatření ke zlepšení motivace zaměstnanců. Mezi tato opatření patří zejména zlepšení technologického zázemí a navýšení systému odměn.	cs
dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor's thesis is devoted to the possibilities of motivating employees in an organization, namely the state organization Tachov Municipal Office, where the emphasis was placed only on administrative workers in this sphere. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the possibilities of employee motivation from the perspective of the staff and to propose potential measures that could contribute to the improvement of the current system. The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part, the basic concepts related to motivation such as different theories of motivation and factors that affect employee motivation are defined based on a literature search. In the practical part, the organization of the Tachov City Council, its structure and specific departments are presented. The central chapter is a questionnaire survey and a follow-up interview aimed at identifying specific problems in the field of employee motivation. The results of the questionnaire survey are subsequently analysed and based on them measures to improve employee motivation are proposed. These measures include in particular the improvement of technological facilities and the increase of the reward system.	en
