dc.description.abstractPředložená diplomová práce je zaměřena na spokojenost návštěvníků v Plzeňském kraji. Cílem práce je stanovit profil návštěvníka zkoumané destinace a jeho spokojenost s cestovním ruchem v této lokalitě. Teoretická část práce poskytuje základ pro praktickou část a vymezuje základní pojmy týkající se cestovního ruchu a spokojenosti zákazníka. V rámci praktické části práce je představena vybraná destinace cestovního ruchu a vyhodnocen marketingový výzkum, jenž byl realizován formou dotazníkového šetření na konkrétních místech Plzeňského kraje. Na základě zjištěných dat byly zformulovány závěry a doporučení. V závěru práce jsou představeny návrhy, které by mohly vést ke zvýšení spokojenosti návštěvníků v dané oblasti.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe submitted diploma thesis is focused on the satisfaction of visitors in the Pilsen Region. The aim of this work is to determine the visitor profile of the researched destination and his satisfaction with tourism in this location. The theoretical part of the work provides the basis for practical part and defines the basic concepts related to tourism and customer satisfaction. In the practical part of the work is presented the selected tourist destination and the marketing research is evaluated. This research was carried out in the form of a questionnaire survey in specific places in the Pilsen Region. Based on the obtained data, conclusions and recommendations were formulated. At the end of the work proposals are presented and they could lead to improvements of the satisfaction of visitor in the given area.en
