Zpočátku se práce soustředí na vymezení potřebných pojmů z oblasti veřejné správy i personalistiky. Následně se již práce věnuje jednotlivým činnostem, které spadají do kompetencí personálního oddělení. Personální oddělení prostřednictvím těchto činností vytváří a ovlivňuje politiku a strategii organizace a vede organizaci k ziskovosti a celkové efektivnosti. | cs |
