| dc.description.abstract-translated | Social entrepreneurship is an approach to business with a positive impact. In the Czech Republic, work integration social enterprises, which focus on the integration of disadvantaged groups of people, predominate. However, it is necessary to identify key aspects associated with the domestic environment and the fulfillment of public benefit goals. Within the analysis of the secondary data created by the own database of integration social enterprises, trends in social entrepreneurship are identified. Because domestic work integration social enterprises are connected with the principle of creation "bottom-up". In this way, it responds to some need of society that is not sufficiently addressed. And that's why the environmental dimension within the triple bottom line concept is getting more into the subconscious. However, the social dimension associated with the integration of disadvantaged people, especially people with disabilities, still plays a key role. And the economic dimension plays an equally important role, because if the entity is not economically stable, it cannot fulfill its public benefit mission (i.e. employment and integration of disadvantaged groups of people). And this can also endanger the target group (e.g. loss of job, loss of work habits or loss of housing). | en |
