| dc.description.abstract | Tato předkládaná bakalářské práce slouží k transformovaní podnikatelského nápadu do realizovatelného podnikatelského plánu, díky kterému lze identifikovat a vyhodnotit jeho potenciál, časovou a finanční náročnost a nástroje nutné pro realizaci. Teoretická část práce je výkladem teoretických pojmů a jejich definic, konkrétně pojmů jako je podnikání, podnikatel, živnost, typy forem podnikání, podnikatelská příležitost a podnikatelský plán. Praktická část popisuje proces, jenž zajistí úpravu podnikatelského nápadu, tak aby odpovídal požadavkům na trhu. Toho je zajištěno šablonou Lean Canvasu. Dále je podnikatelský nápad rozvíjen ve struktuře podnikatelského plánu, v jehož rámci jsou popsány následující náležitosti: Titulní list, účel dokumentu, shrnutí, popis podnikatelské příležitosti, cíle firmy a vlastníků, potenciální trhy, analýza konkurenčního prostředí, marketingová a obchodní strategie, realizační plán, finanční plán a hlavní předpoklady úspěšnosti projektu s jeho riziky. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The main purpose of this bachelor's thesis serves to transform business idea into a realistic business plan, thanks to it can be evaluated the potential, time and finance requirements and tools necessary for its implementation. The theoretical part of the thesis is an explanation of theoretical concepts and their definitions, specifically concepts such as entrepreneurship, entrepreneur, types of business forms, business opportunity and business plan. The practical part describes the process that will ensure the adaptation of the business idea to meet the market requirements. This is provided by the Lean Canvas template. Next, the business idea is developed in the structure of a business plan, which describes the following: cover sheet, purpose of the document, executive, summary, description of the business opportunity, objectives of the company and owners, potential markets, competitive analysis, marketing and business strategy, implementation plan, financial plan and key assumptions of the project with its risks. | en |
