dc.description.abstractPředložená práce je zaměřena na klíčovou personální činnost orientace a adaptace. Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat a zhodnotit proces orientace a adaptace zaměstnanců ve vybraném podniku. Teoretická část popisuje lidské zdroje, personální práci, řízení lidských zdrojů a následně personální činnost orientace a adaptace. Ve druhé části práce jsou uvedeny základní informace o společnosti Rina Europe s.r.o., se kterou bylo spolupracováno v rámci praktické části práce. V empirické části práce je zpracováno a vyhodnoceno dotazníkové šetření se zaměstnanci podniku společně s předem zaslanými a zodpovězenými otázkami pro personálního pracovníka. Na základě analýzy silných a slabých stránek adaptačních procesů jsou vypracovány návrhy na zlepšení dosavadního adaptačního programu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe presented work is focused on the key personnel activities of orientation and adaptation. The aim of this thesis is to analyze and evaluate the process of orientation and adaptation of employees in the selected company. The theoretical part describes human resources, personnel work, human resources management and subsequently personnel activities orientation and adaptation. In the second part of the thesis, basic information about the company Rina Europe s.r.o., with which it co-operated in the practical part of the thesis, is given. In the empirical part of the thesis, a questionnaire survey with employees of the company is processed and evaluated, together with present and answered questions for the personnel worker. Based on the analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of adaptation processes, suggestions are made to improve the existing adaptation program.en
