Rozbor bude věnován předchozí úpravě v porovnání s úpravou stávající. Dále bude věnován prostor předpokladům uložení takových zvláštních povinností, opomenuta nebude ani povaha soudního řízení o uložení těchto zvláštních povinností. | cs |
