dc.description.abstractHlavním cílem diplomové práce bylo zjistit, jaká specifika upřednostňuje při výběru cílové destinace turista spadající do LGBT komunity. Úvodní část práce se zaměřuje na cestovní ruch, jeho členění a segmentaci a také aktuální trendy. Dále je představena LGBT komunita, její historie a vztahy se společností. Následně práce uvádí LGBT turismus, jeho specifika spojená se spotřebním chováním, tolerantní a intolerantní země a organizace, které se zabývají LGBT tematikou. Poté je představena případová studie zabývající se činností spolku Prague Pride. Nejrozsáhlejší část práce je věnována vlastnímu dotazníkovému šetření, interpretaci získaných dat a stanovení hypotéz. Na zmíněný výzkum navazují hloubkové rozhovory, které napomohly k prohloubení nabytých informací. V závěru diplomové práce jsou shrnuty zjištěné poznatky, uvedené doporučené návrhy a vlastní názor autorky na danou problematiku.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe main aim of the thesis was to find out what specifics are preferred by tourists belonging to the LGBT community when choosing a destination. The introductory part of the thesis focuses on tourism, its classification and segmentation as well as current trends. Furthermore, the LGBT community, its history and relations with society are introduced. Subsequently, the thesis introduces LGBT tourism, its specifics related to consumer behavior, tolerant and intolerant countries and organizations dealing with LGBT issues. Afterwards, a case study dealing with the activities of Prague Pride is presented. The most extensive part of the thesis is devoted to the actual questionnaire survey, interpretation of the obtained data and determination of hypotheses. This research is followed by in-depth interviews, which helped to deepen the information gained. The thesis concludes with a summary of the findings, recommendations and the author's own opinion on the issue.en
