dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá utvářením pozitivního třídního klimatu na 1. stupni základní školy. Cílem práce je zmapovat, jak učitelé utváří a posilují pozitivní třídní klima a zda k tomu využívají znalosti z oblasti teorie attachmentu, přechodových objektů a rituálů. V teoretické části je představena teorie attachmentu, popsány poznatky a metody z teorie attachmentu a psychoterapeutické praxe zaměřené na práci s citovou vazbou a přechodovými rituály a jejich využití u regulace náročného chování žáka s přihlédnutím na fungování lidského mozku. V praktické části je představen rozhovor s učiteli z prvního stupně mapující budování vztahového pocitu bezpečí ve třídě.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis diploma thesis deals with the formation of a positive classroom climate in the first grade of elementary school. The aim of the work is to determine how teachers shape and strengthen a positive classroom climate and whether they use knowledge from the field of attachment theory, transitional objects and rituals. In the theoretical part, the theory of attachment is presented, knowledge and methods from the theory of attachment and psychotherapeutic practice focused on working with emotional bond and transition rituals and their use in regulating the demanding behaviour of the student are described, taking into account the functioning of the human brain. In the practical part, an interview with teachers from the first grade is presented, which is mapping the building of a feeling of safety in the classroom.en
