Chráněná krajinná oblast Brdy (dále jen CHKO Brdy) vznikla v roce 2016. Z pohledu ochrany přírody se jedná o velmi specifické území – kromě jihozápadní části totiž většinu plochy CHKO tvoří zrušený Vojenský újezd Brdy. Práce popisuje druhy zjištěné v tomto území na 53 lokalit na 21 potocích. Z významných druhů byla zjištěn vranka obecná, mihule potoční a střevle potoční. Je navržen způsob managementu území.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe Brdy Protected Landscape Area (PLA) was declared in 2016 and represents a territory with a unique history. The majority of its territory was used as a military area with restricted entry for last 90 years. Accordingly, the territory remained unaffected by common environmental pressures such as water pollution, canalization of water courses, agricultural intensification, fishery management and pond creation. The aim of the current research was to summarise the occurrence of fish species in the Brdy PLA. Ichtyological surveys were carried out at 53 localities in 21 streams and three drinking water reservoirs between 2010 and 2016. Fish communities in most running waters corresponded to the trout zone with brown trout, sculpin, European brook lamprey, European minnow and stone loach being most common. Other species like European grayling, burbot and European eel were present in small numbers and their occurrence depended on stocking for fishing downstream. Generalist species like perch, roach, rudd, pike, gudgeon were unintentionally stocked in small ponds, and were invading adjacent streams. The fish communities in Láz and Pilská Reservoirs were dominated by perch and rudd while pike, tench and crucian carp occurred sporadically. The highest species richness was recorded in 2010 in Obecnice Reservoir, in a perch-dominated community in which occurred roach, rudd, bream, tench, crucian carp and gudgeon. On the contrary, in 2014, a cyprinids dominated assemblage (i.e. rudd, roach, chub, bream and gudgeon) with low abundance of perch and pikeperch was recorded. Canalisation of the upper reaches of streams, high flow fluctuations, stream fragmentation preventing subsequent recolonization of upper reaches and predation by non-indigenous perch represent the most important threats to fish communities in running waters in the Brdy PLA. Illegal stocking of perch and other non-indigenous species, fish poaching and eutrophication represent main pressures on fish communities in reservoirs. The future management of fish communities in the Brdy PLA should concentrate on the prevention of environmental degradation (pond construction, intensive fishery management) and the restoration of indigenous fish communitiesen
