Práce se zaměřuje na tři hlavní procesy talent managementu, kterým je získávání, rozvoj a udržení talentů. Praktická část práce analyzuje potřebu zavedení talent managementu ve firmě Škoda Electric a.s., která podniká v oboru dopravního strojírenství. Pro tento účel jsou vymezeny oblasti zkoumání podnikatelského prostředí, které jsou pro téma talent managementu relevantní. Závěr práce tvoří návrh řešení zavedení talent managementu a návrh programu talent managementu, který je přizpůsoben firmě na míru. | cs |

This thesis is focused on three main processes of talent management; which include selecting, developing and remaining talent. The practical part of this paper analyses the need to implement talent management system into the processes of company Škoda Electric a.s., which operates in the field of transport engineering. Relevant areas about the topic of talent management are defined for the purpose of the analysis. The final part consists of suggestions about the procedure of implementation and the specific program of talent management, which was carefully customized for company's needs. | en |
