| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce je zpracována na téma Analýza interní komunikace ve vybrané organizaci. Práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí, a to na teoretická východiska a samotnou výzkumnou část. Teoretická východiska jsou zaměřena na problematiky týkající se komunikace a interní komunikace. Předmětem výzkumu je organizace, která působí v oblasti poskytování bankovních služeb a produktů nejen v České republice, ale i v mezinárodním prostředí. Analýza interní komunikace je provedena prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření ve dvou vybraných retailových pobočkách této organizace. Středem zájmu analýzy a následného vyhodnocení výsledků výzkumu je pobočka se sídlem v Příbrami. K výsledkům dotazníku jsou v samostatné kapitole doplněny komentáře k jednotlivým problematikám, na které bylo dotázáno 20 zaměstnanců této organizace. Na závěr této práce jsou uvedena doporučení a návrhy pro zefektivnění interní komunikace na pobočce v Příbrami, a to zejména formou školení vedoucí pracovnice a zaměstnanců této pobočky. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor's thesis is focused on the topic of Analysis of internal communication in the selected organization. The bachelor's thesis is divided into two main parts, namely the theoretical part and the research part. Theoretical part is focused on issues related to communication and internal communication. The subject of the research is an organization that operates in the field of providing banking services and products not only in the Czech Republic, but also in an international environment. The analysis of internal communication is carried out through a questionnaire survey in two selected retail branches of this organization. The focus of the analysis and subsequent evaluation of the research results is the branch based in Příbram. The results of the questionnaire are supplemented in a separate chapter with comments on individual issues, on which 20 employees of this organization were asked. At the end of this work, recommendations and suggestions for making internal communication more efficient at the branch in Příbram are presented, especially in the form of training for the manager and employees of this branch. | en |
