| dc.description.abstract | Studie na příkladě třech poetických konceptů, Philipa Sidneyho, Edmunda Spensera a George Puttenhama, ukazuje, že stěžejním záměrem alžbětinské poetiky bylo utváření profesní a národní identity skrze poezii, a zaměřuje se na základní společné rysy alžbětinských poetik, tj. 1) koncept poezie jako vytváření fiktivních světů a pojetí básníka jako „tvůrce (maker); 2) morální a společenskou úlohu poezie a koncept učení příkladem; 3) spjatost poetiky a rétoriky a 4) autenticitu emocí produkovaných poezií vs. učenost, originalitu vs. kopírování (antických a kontinentálních) vzorů. Anglická poezie se v tomto smyslu stává svrchovaným prostředkem budování kulturní a intelektuální identity a svou svébytností usiluje překonat předchozí klasické či kontinentální vzory. | cs |
