dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku týkající se systému motivování ve vybraném podniku. Nejprve byly v teoretické části vysvětleny potřebné informace spojené s motivací a celkově se systémem motivování ve firmách. Ve vybraném podniku byly poté prováděny dílčí analýzy, prostřednictvím kterých byl zkoumán přístup zaměstnavatele k motivačnímu systému (motivačnímu programu). Pro účely empirického šetření byla použita metoda dotazníku, která odhalila spokojenost či nespokojenost zaměstnanců se systémem motivování. Na základě všech provedených analýz v bakalářské práci byla v poslední řadě navržena opatření pro zlepšení stávajícího motivačního programu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor is focused on issues related to the motivation system in a selected company. First, the theoretical explains the necessary information related to motivation and the overall system of motivation in all companies. Further analyses though which the attitude of the employer towards the motivational system (motivational programme) were conducted in the selected company. A questionnaire method was used for the purpose of the empirical research, which revealed satisfaction, or dissatisfaction of employees with the motivational system. On the basic of all conducted analyses in this thesis, some measures were suggested at the end to improve the present motivational system.en
