dc.description.abstractCílem této diplomové práce je za použití dotazníku "Hodnocení učitele žákem" určit, jaké vlastnosti charakterizují úspěšného učitele a jak se tato charakteristika za posledních dvacet let změnila. Pro posouzení úspěšnosti učitele se používají "normy úspěšného učitele", které jsou rozděleny do tří oblastí (osobnostní vlastnosti, pedagogické dovednosti a pedagogicko-psychologické charakteristiky učitele).cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe aim of this theses is determinate what characteristics has successful teacher and how these characteristics has changed over the last twenty years. The author uses the questionnaire "The evaluation of the teacher". In order to asses which teacher is successful are used "the standards of successful teacher". These standards are divided into three areas (personal characteristic, teaching skills and pedagogical-psychological characteristics of teacher).en
