dc.description.abstractOvládat německý jazyk na dobré komunikační úrovni bude i v příštích letech vekou výhodou a benefitem pro hledání zaměstnání, rozvíjení mezinárodních vztahů, rozvoj kultury a umění. V příhraničních oblastech zvlášť bude tato dovednost jedou z těch, které pomohou firmám při rozhodování v přijímacích řízeních. Z informací rodilých mluvčích jednoznačně vyplývá, že umět hovořit se sousedy v jejich rodném jazyce je velkou výhodou. Zejména Němci je tato dovednost u cizinců vysoce hodnocena. A mladé generace by si to měly uvědomovat. Umět komunikovat s vrstevníky v rodném jazyce je a bude důležité pro rozvoj mezilidských vztahů, získávání přátel, partnerů už v raném věku. Žáci díky možnosti komunikovat získají to nejcennější - nové informace. Informace, které budou rozvíjet jejich kognitivní dovednosti stejně jako formovat afektivní postoje. Rozpočet pro regionální školství v roce 2024 je bezmála 188 miliard. Státní školy s výrazným zvýšením svých rozpočtů podle informací Ministerstva mládeže a tělovýchovy počítat nemohou. Z výpovědí obsažených v diplomové práci vyplývá, že zejména financování škol speciálně zaměřených na výuku německého jazyka je a bude zásadním tématem pro ředitele. Je proto důležité, aby společnost měla dostatek informací o této problematice. Případová studie se ukázala jako metoda vhodná k poodhalení problematiky výuky cizích jazyků na školách v česko-německém příhraničí. Výpovědi pedagogů je možné použít k rozkrytí problematiky aktuální neuspokojivé situace výuky němčiny na prvním stupni. Mohou posloužit jako inspirace a podklady pro jednání politiků, pedagogů a odborné veřejnosti k nápravě situace, případně i popularizaci této jazykové výuky.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedHaving a good level of communication in German will be a great advantage in the years to come for finding a job, reinforcing international relations, developing culture and art. In border areas in particular, this skill will be one of the factors that will help companies in their recruitment decisions. Data gathered from native speakers clearly shows that being able to speak to neighbours in their native language is a great advantage. Germans in particular value this skill highly among foreigners. And younger generations should be aware of this. Being able to communicate with peers in their native language is and will be important for development of interpersonal relationships and forming friendships and partnerships at an early age. By being able to communicate, pupils gain the most valuable thing - new information. Information that will develop their cognitive skills as well as form their opinions. The budget for regional education in 2024 is nearly 188 billion. Public schools cannot rely on a significant increase in their budgets, according to information from the Ministry of Youth and Sports. The statements of respondents show, that financing of schools specifically dedicated to teaching of German language in particular, is and will be a crucial issue for principals. It is therefore important that society has sufficient information on this issue. The case study has proven to be a suitable method to reveal the issues of foreign language teaching in schools in the Czech-German border area. Teachers' testimonies can be used to uncover current unsatisfactory situation of German teaching at the first level. They can serve as inspiration and basis for action by politicians, teachers and the professional public to remedy the situation, or even to popularize German language teaching.en
