dc.description.abstractPředložená diplomová práce na téma Hodnocení efektivnosti personální politiky podniku je věnována problematice řízení lidských zdrojů a personálním procesům ve společnosti Elitex Nepomuk a.s. Cílem práce je zhodnotit efektivnost personální práce a posoudit připravenost interního potenciálu pro naplnění strategických cílů a vize společnosti. Na základě analýzy interních procesů se zaměřením na lidský kapitál a provedeného výzkumu byla vyhodnocena slabá místa v oblasti personálních procesů společnosti. V další části jsou navrženy konkrétní cíle, které by měl management lidských zdrojů sledovat. Závěr práce se zabývá návrhy opatření, jež by měla zajistit eliminaci zjištěných nedostatků, dále zvýšit efektivnost řízení lidských zdrojů a výkonnost lidského kapitálu tak, aby byly dosaženy veškeré strategické cíle podniku.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe topic of my diploma thesis is called Efficiency evaluation of company personnel policy. The thesis deals with management of human resources and personnel processes in the company Elitex Nepomuk a.s. The aim of this work is to consider efficiency of personnel work and preparedness of internal potential in order to pass the strategic goals and the idea of company. Based on the analysis of internal processes with focus on human resources and the way of making research, the limiting factors were founded in the area of personnel processes of the company. Concrete targets are determined in other part. These targets should correspond with management of human resources. Possible solutions and suggestions how to achieve of founded problems elimination, increase of human resources efficient management and increase of human performance efficiency in order to achieve all strategic goals of the company are mentioned in the conclusion.en
