dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou pracovní angažovanosti z pohledu rozdílných generací. Zaměřena je na generace Baby boomers, X, Y a Z. První část práce se zaměřuje na pracovní angažovanost a faktory, které ji ovlivňují. Dále uvádíme charakteristiky výše zmíněných generací. V poslední části se zabýváme postoji těchto generací k jednotlivým faktorům pracovní angažovanosti. Ke zjištění potřebných informací bylo využito dotazníkové šetření, které odhalilo, jaké faktory jsou pro respondenty nejvíce důležité. Vysoká míra důležitosti byla přisuzována například dobrým vztahům s kolegy, naopak nejméně důležitá je možnost práce z domova.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis deals with the issue of work engagement from the perspective of different generations. It focuses on Baby boomers, X, Y and Z generations. The first part of the thesis focuses on work engagement and the factors that influence it. Next, we present the characteristics of the above-mentioned generations. In the last section, we examine the attitudes of these generations towards the various factors of work engagement. A questionnaire survey was used to obtain the necessary information to reveal which factors are most important to the respondents. High degree of importance was attributed to good relationships with colleagues, while the possibility to work from home was the least important.en
