| dc.description.abstract | Autorka této diplomové práce se zaměřuje na "Městský marketing vybrané lokality v Bavorsku Řezno jako vzor pro komunální politiku v Plzni." Hlavním cílem práce je představit Řezno a jeho městský marketing a na základě poznatků uvedených v teoretické i praktické části tyto údaje použít pro formulaci doporučení samosprávě města Plzně. Poznatky byly získávány z rešerše odborné literatury, provedením SWOT analýzy a dotazníkového šetření. V teoretické části se pojednává o disciplínách příbuzných s městským marketingem (regionální geografie, veřejná správa a marketing), rovněž o městském marketingu, bavorských městech umístěných v německém žebříčku kvality života ve městech v letech 2019-2021, přičemž samostatná pozornost je věnována městu Řezno. Základ pro praktickou část tvoří právě poznatky předložené v části teoretické. Nejprve je zde představena metodika práce, SWOT analýza vytvořená pro Řezno a dotazník, který je zaměřen na rozbor lokálních silných a slabých stránek se zohledněním vývojových tendencí v tomto městě. Práce je zakončena výčtem několika bodů, které slouží jako doporučení a inspirace pro komunální politiku v Plzni. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The author of this diploma thesis focuses on "City marketing of a selected locality in Bavaria Regensburg as a model for municipal policy in Pilsen." The main aim is to introduce Regensburg and its city marketing and to formulate several recommendations for the municipal policy of the city of Pilsen on the basis of the findings. The findings were obtained mainly from literature research, a SWOT analysis created by the author, and a questionnaire survey. The theoretical part deals with disciplines related to city marketing (regional geography, public administration, and marketing), as well as city marketing itself and Bavarian cities ranked in the German ranking of the quality of life in cities in 2019-2021. Separate attention is then paid to the city of Regensburg. The knowledge gained from the theoretical part creates the basis for the practical part. The practical part consists of a methodology used for this thesis, a SWOT analysis created for Regensburg, and a questionnaire, which focuses on the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and risks of this city. The thesis ends with a list of several points that serve as recommendation and inspiration for municipal policy in Pilsen. | en |
