| dc.description.abstract | Předložená práce na téma "Ekonomické posouzení přínosů motivačního programu v podniku" pojednává zejména o motivaci v práci a následně o motivačním programu v dané organizaci. Tato problematika je v současné době velmi rozšířena, proto se autorka tímto problémem chtěla podrobněji zabývat. Tato práce obsahuje teoretickou část s pojmy týkajícími se tématu bakalářské práce a následné praktické přenesení na konkrétní organizaci, kterou je v tomto případě obec Březno. Cílem této práce bylo změnit motivační program v dané organizaci a to na základě odstranění slabých stránek SWOT analýzy motivačního programu. Tato problematika byla řešena ze tří úhlů pohledu, respektive pro tři cílové skupiny. Způsob řešení problematiky motivace byl pro všechny tři skupiny stejný a to prostřednictví dotazníkového šetření. V závěru této práce jsou vlastní návrhy na zlepšení motivačního programu v dané organizaci, které jsou následně vyčísleny. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The presented thesis on the topic "Economic assessment of the benefits of the incentive program in the company" deals mainly with the motivation to work and subsequently with the incentive program in the organization. This issue is currently very widespread and that´s why the author wanted to deal with this problem more in detail. This thesis includes a theoretical part with concepts related to the topic of the thesis and subsequent practical transfer to a specific organization, which is in this case village called Březno. The aim of this thesis was to change the incentive program in the organization based on the elimination of weaknesses of the SWOT analysis related on the incentive program. This issue solved from three points of view, respectively, for the three target groups. The way of solving problems with motivation was for all three of them the same - via a questionnaire survey. In the end of this thesis are my own suggestions how to improve the incentive program in the organization, which are subsequently evaluated. | en |
