| dc.description.abstract | Předložená práce je zaměřena na efektivní organizaci nákupu ve společnosti Kostal CR, spol. s r.o. První dvě kapitoly se věnují objasnění teoretických východisek problematiky charakteristice nákupu, jeho historického vývoje, cílů, funkcí, rozsahu činností a odpovědností, nákupnímu procesu, umístění nákupního oddělení v podnikové struktuře, jeho vnitřní dělbě práce a řízení vztahů s dodavateli. Následující kapitola popisuje cíle a metodologii bakalářské práce. Čtvrtá kapitola slouží k představení jedné z dceřiných společností skupiny KOSTAL, společnosti Kostal CR, spol. s r.o., která působí na českém automobilovém trhu již 24 let. Následuje popis historického vývoje a politiky skupiny KOSTAL a seznámení s vývojem postavení společnosti Kostal CR, spol. s r.o. na trhu během posledních deseti let. Kapitola je dále zaměřena na přiblížení situace v nákupním oddělení, popis stávajícího nákupního procesu nepřímého materiálu a jednorázových služeb, řízení kvality dodávek a dodavatelů spolu s řízením nákladů v této oblasti. Všechny tyto tři podkapitoly jsou porovnávány s potenciální situací, která by vznikla při navrhovaném ukončení spolupráce s outsourcingovou firmou, která se podílí zajišťování těchto aktivit. Poslední část této kapitoly shrnuje předchozí poznatky a uvádí možná řešení. Závěr práce obsahuje shrnutí získaných poznatků z teoretické i praktické části a předkládá návrhy na zefektivnění organizace nákupu nepřímého materiálu a jednorázových služeb. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | Submitted thesis is focused on effective organization of purchase in company Kostal CR. First two chapters are dedicated to the explanation of theoretical view on this issue characteristics of purchase, historical evolution, targets, functions, range of activities and responsibilities, purchasing process, position of purchasing department in the company structure, internal division of labour and supplier relationship management. Following chapter is describing targets and methodology of the bachelor thesis. Fourth chapter is a presentation of one of the subsidiaries of KOSTAL group, company Kostal CR operating on the Czech automotive market for 24 years. Following topic is describing the historical evolution and policy of KOSTAL group and it is informing about the evolution of position of company Kostal CR on the market within the last ten years. This chapter is also focused on clarifying the situation in the purchasing department, description of current purchasing process of indirect material and one-time services, suppliers quality management together with cost management in this field. Those three subchapters are compared with the potential situation which would arise from the suggested termination of cooperation with outsourcing company participating in ensuring of those activities. The last part of this chapter is summarizing previous findings and presents potential solutions. Closing part of the thesis contains summary of gained knowledge from theoretical and practical section and it is submitting a proposal how to make the organization of purchasing of indirect material and one-time services more effective. | en |
