dc.description.abstractPředložená práce je zaměřena na definování cílů ochrany spotřebitele v ČR. V úvodní části řeší, jak má definované tyto cíle Evropská unie. Dále popisuje nástroje politiky EU a stav spotřebitele na celoevropském trhu. V druhé části jsou popsány úpravy, které byly časem uskutečněny v oblasti práv spotřebitelů. Konkrétně popisuje instituce, které řeší ochranu práv spotřebitelů. Také je zde znázorněn možný postup reklamace zboží. V poslední části jsou detailně popsány praktické ukázky porušení práv spotřebitele a jejich náprava. V závěru jsou výsledky zhodnoceny.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe present work is focused on defining the objectives of consumer protection in the Czech Republic. The first part addresses how has defined these objectives the European Union. It also describes the policy resources of the EU and of the consumer in the European market. The second section describes the modifications that have been made over time in the area of consumer rights. Specifically describes the institutions dealing with the protection of consumer rights. In the next part is shown a possible complaint procedure goods. In the last section are detailed practical examples of violation of consumer rights and redress. In conclusion, are the results interpreted.en
