| dc.description.abstract | Tématem diplomové práce je role organizační kultury a její vliv na rozvoj společnosti DHL Freight CZ s.r.o. Cílem práce je zanalyzovat a zhodnotit organizační kulturu ve zvolené organizaci a navrhnout doporučení pro úpravu organizační kultury s důrazem na cíle organizace. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do 5 kapitol. První kapitola se zabývá rešerší literatury, zde jsou vymezeny: typy, prvky, zdroje a funkce organizační kultury. Druhá kapitola charakterizuje zvolenou organizaci, analyzuje interní a externí prostředí, strategii a hlavní cíle. Následující třetí kapitola definuje žádoucí organizační kulturu a oblasti podporující kulturu. Čtvrtá kapitola se zabývá analýzou organizační kultury společnosti DHL Freight CZ s.r.o., zde jsou uvedeny i výsledky empirického šetření. Poslední pátá kapitola se věnuje srovnání žádoucí a současné kultury organizace a jejího zhodnocení. Na základě provedeného srovnání a jsou navrhnuta doporučení pro změnu organizační kultury. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The subject of the master's thesis is a role of organizational culture and its influence on DHL Freight CZ s.r.o. development. The aim of the thesis is to analyse and evaluate organizational culture at the selected organization and suggest recommendations for the cultural modification with emphasis on the organizational goals. This study contains 5 chapters. The first chapter deals with a literature research, there are defined: types, elements, sources and functions of organizational culture. The second chapter is devoted the characteristics of the organization, internal and external analysis, the strategy and the main goals. The following chapter defines the required organizational culture and areas which support the culture. The fourth chapter is devoted to the analysis of the current organizational culture and the results of an empirical survey are presented. The last chapter deals with a comparison of the required and current organizational culture and its evaluation. Based on the results of comparison, the recommendations for modification of the culture of the selected organization are suggested. | en |
