dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá asistentem pedagoga při práci se žákem s vývojovými poruchy učení na základních školách na Rokycansku. Cílem práce je analýzovat a popsat práci asistenta pedagoga během podpory žáků s vývojovými poruchami učení na základních školách. Na základě získaných informací z pozorování doporučit praktická zlepšení činnosti asistentů pedagoga. Teoretická část práce se zabývá vyznačením pojmu asistent pedagoga, jeho náplní práce, a nejčastějšími vývojovými poruchy učení. Ve výzkumné části jsou prezentovány výsledky z kvalitativního pedagogického výzkumu, a to výsledky z rozhovorů, pozorování a dotazníkové formy. V závěru práce jsou řešeny rozdílnosti práce asistentů pedagoga vyplývající z praktického výzkumu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor's thesis focuses on the role of the teaching assistant in supporting students with specific learning disabilities in primary schools in the Rokycany district. The aim of the thesis is to analyze and describe the work of the teaching assistant in providing support to students with specific learning disabilities in primary schools. Based on information gathered through observation, the thesis aims to recommend practical improvements in the activities of teaching assistants. The thesis is divided into a theoretical part, which deals with the definition of the teaching assistant, their job description, and the history of the profession. It also defines the concept of specific learning disabilities. The final part is the research section, which presents the results of qualitative educational research, including interviews, observations, and questionnaires. The conclusion of the thesis formulates recommendations for improving the work of teaching assistants in supporting students.en
