dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá rozšiřováním číselných oborů s ohledem na historický kontext a teorii množin. Text je členěn do deseti kapitol. První kapitola definuje pojem čísla a popisuje vývoj jeho zápisu od nejstarších kultur po současnost. Ve druhé kapitole je pospán vývoj matematiky se zaměřením na číselné obory s odkazy na významné matematiky a jejich díla. Jsou zde popsány jednotlivé krize matematiky. Třetí kapitola představuje teorii množin a zavádí pojmy používané v dalších kapitolách. Dalších sedm kapitol uvádí jednotlivé číselné obory. U Každého oboru je popsána motivace zavedení daného oboru, princip jeho konstrukce, některé důležité vlastnosti a také definovány základní početní operace.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe diploma thesis deals with the expansion of numerical domains with regard to the historical context and set theory. The text is divided into ten chapters. The first chapter defines the concept of number and describes the development of its notation from the oldest cultures to the present. The second chapter describes the development of mathematics with a focus on numerical disciplines with references to important mathematicians and their works. The individual crises of mathematics are described here. The third chapter introduces set theory and introduces the terms used in the following chapters. The next seven chapters list the individual numerical domains. Each part describes the motivation for the introduction of the domain, the principle of its construction, some important properties and also defined the basic arithmetic operations.en
