| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá fungováním managementu sportovní organizace HC Energie Karlovy Vary. Nejprve byla provedena detailní charakteristika organizace s popsáním jednotlivých úseků a následně analýza manažerských funkcí, které jsou v klubu vykonávány. Poté se autor v práci zaměřil na fungování klubu, kde po získání dat z několika zdrojů provedl analýzu pomocí Porterova modelu pěti sil, SWOT a PEST analýzy, ze kterých vyvodil faktory, které klub ovlivňují. Z provedené analýzy vzešlo pět návrhů opatření zaměřených na rozvoj organizace, které jsou dále podrobně specifikovány. Provedeným výzkumem autor zjistil, že organizace je velmi závislá na podpoře sponzorů a veřejných dotacích, jež snižují klubovou soběstačnost. V rámci manažerských funkcí jsou vyžadovány menší úpravy, například posílení některých úseků týmu. Strategie, na které by se měl klub zaměřit, jsou definovány na konci bakalářské práce. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor thesis deals with the functioning of the management of the sports organization HC Energie Karlovy Vary. Firstly, a detailed characterization of the organization was made with a description of the individual departments and then an analysis of the managerial functions that are performed in the club. Then, the author focused on the functioning of the club, where after obtaining data from several sources, the author conducted an analysis using Porter's five forces model, SWOT and PEST analysis, from which he deduced the factors that affect the club. From the analysis conducted, five suggestions for actions aimed at the development of the organization emerged, which are further specified in detail. Through the research conducted, the author found that the organization is highly dependent on sponsors' support and public subsidies which reduce the club's self-sustainability. Minor adjustments are required within the management functions, for example, strengthening some sections of the team. The strategies that the club should focus on are defined at the end of the bachelor thesis. | en |
