| dc.description.abstract | Předložená diplomová práce se zabývá tématem image destinace z pohledu rezidentů v lázeňské destinaci Mariánské Lázně. Hlavním cílem práce je zjistit, jak místní obyvatelé vnímají image destinace, jaký zaujímají postoj k turismu a jaká je míra jejich hrdosti na místo, kde žijí. Teoretický rámec vychází z konceptů image destinace, vztahu obyvatel k turismu a místní hrdosti. Následně je popsána metodika práce a představena vybraná lázeňská destinace. Pro získání dat je zvolen kvantitativní přístup formou dotazníkového šetření. Analýza je provedena pomocí vícenásobné lineární regrese, která slouží k vyhodnocení předem stanovených hypotéz. Výsledky výzkumu jsou následně diskutovány s relevantními výzkumy a studiemi. Součástí práce jsou také identifikované limity výzkumu. Na základě zjištěných výsledků jsou navržena praktická doporučení, která mohou přispět k posílení místní hrdosti a podpoře pozitivního postoje rezidentů k turismu. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This thesis explores the topic of destination image from the resident perspective in the spa destination of Mariánské Lázně. The main objective is to examine how local residents perceive the destination image, what their attitudes toward tourism are, and how strong their sense of pride in their place of residence is. The theoretical framework is based on the concepts of destination image, residents' attitudes toward tourism, and local pride. The methodology is then described, along with an introduction to the selected spa destination. A quantitative approach is applied through a questionnaire survey to collect the data. The analysis is conducted using multiple linear regression to evaluate the predefined hypotheses. The results are discussed in relation to relevant research and studies, and the thesis also addresses the identified limitations of the research. Based on the findings, practical implications are proposed to support local pride and strengthen residents' positive attitudes toward tourism. | en |
