| dc.description.abstract | Tato práce se zabývá vztahem mezi třídním klimatem a školní úspěšností žáků ve výuce matematiky. Cílem šetření bylo zjistit, zda a jak souvisí vnímání třídního klimatu žáky s jejich prospěchem v předmětu matematika. Výzkum byl realizován kvantitativní formou, a to pomocí standardizovaného dotazníku "Naše třída", který sleduje pět oblastí třídního klimatu (spokojenost, třenice, soutěživost, obtížnost učení a soudržnost), a prostřednictvím analýzy klasifikačních výstupů v matematice. Výzkumný soubor tvořilo 25 žáků základní školy, kteří byli sledováni ve dvou časových bodech na konci 4. ročníku a v průběhu 5. ročníku po organizační změně ve složení třídního kolektivu. Výsledky ukázaly, že v žádné z oblastí třídního klimatu nedošlo ke statisticky významné změně. Nejvýraznější proměnu vykazovala oblast třenic a soutěživosti, kde bylo zaznamenáno zhoršení. Dále byla potvrzena pozitivní korelace mezi spokojeností ve třídě a prospěchem v matematice na konci 4. ročníku. Práce potvrzuje význam pozitivního třídního klimatu pro školní výkon a poukazuje na potřebu systematického sledování vztahové dynamiky v období organizačních změn. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This study examines the relationship between classroom climate and students' academic success in mathematics. The aim of the investigation was to determine whether and how students' perception of classroom climate is related to their achievement in mathematics. The research was conducted using a quantitative approach, specifically through the standardized questionnaire "Our Class", which monitors five aspects of classroom climate (satisfaction, friction, competitiveness, learning difficulty, and cohesion), as well as through an analysis of academic performance in mathematics.<br>The research sample consisted of 25 primary school students who were observed at two points in time: at the end of the 4th grade and during the 5th grade, following an organizational change in the composition of the class group. The results showed no statistically significant change in any of the areas of classroom climate. The most noticeable changes were observed in the areas of friction and competitiveness, where a deterioration was recorded. Furthermore, a positive correlation was confirmed between classroom satisfaction and mathematics performance at the end of the 4th grade.<br>The study confirms the importance of a positive classroom climate for academic performance and highlights the need for systematic monitoring of relationship dynamics during periods of organizational change. | en |
