dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá systémem odměňováním zaměstnanců ve veřejné správě. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy související s tímto tématem, dále je v této části popsán historický vývoj právní úpravy odměňování a zároveň současná právní úprava. Následující kapitola se věnuje obecnému pojetí hodnocení a odměňování pracovníků a dále je rozebráno odměňování v soukromém sektoru, tedy v režimu mzdy. Vzápětí je představeno odměňování ve veřejné správě, v podobě platu. V praktické části popisuji systém odměňování na Finančním úřadu Plzeňského kraje, jelikož jsem odměňování zaměstnanců ve veřejné správě chtěla přiblížit na konkrétním příkladu úřadu. V této části popisuji prostředky odměňování na tomto úřadu, rozdíly mezi vedoucím a řadovým zaměstnancem a benefity, které tento úřad nabízí.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis deals with the system of remuneration of employees in public administration. In the theoretical part are explained the basic concepts related to this topic, in this part is described the historical development of the legal regulation of remuneration and at the same time the current legal regulation. The following chapter deals with the general concept of employee evaluation and remuneration and the remuneration in the private sector, thus remuneration in the wage regime. Remuneration in the public administration, in the form of salary, is presented in the wake of this. In the practical part I describe the system of remuneration at the Financial Office of the Pilsen Region, as I wanted to bring the remuneration of employees in the public administration to a concrete example of the Office. In this section, I describe the means of remuneration in this office, the differences between the manager and the employee, and the benefits that this office offers.en
