dc.description.abstractV rámci této práce byly vytvořeny Ti,Al,V a (Ti,Al,V)N vrstvy, které byly připraveny pomocí magnetronové depozice. Byly zkoumány jejich strukturní, mechanické a tribologické vlastnosti.Bylo zjištěno, že nitridová vrstva má lepší mechanické i tribologické vlastnosti. U vrstvy Ti,Al,V nebylo možné určit tribologické parametry, neboť došlo ihned k otěru až na substrát.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis paper reports on DC magnetron sputtered Ti,Al,V and (Ti,Al,V)N coatings, their structural, mechanical and tribological properties.It was found that nitride coating shows enhanced mechanical and tribological properties.It was not possible to determine tribological parameters of Ti,Al,V because the coating was worn to the substrate immediately after the test had begun.en
