dc.description.abstractCílem bakalářské práce je analýza logistiky ve společnosti Bidfood Czech Republic s. r. o. jako například výběr dodavatelů, komunikace se zákazníky, pohyb dokladů. Následně jsou spíše specifické oblasti zaměřené na depo Dýšina, kde je přiblížen způsob skladování, nákup a zásoby zboží, a nakonec průběh naplánování auta a způsob dopravy zboží přímo ke koncovému zákazníkovi. K realizaci bakalářské práce byly využity poznatky z odborné literatury, interní data podniku, a především osobní konzultace se zaměstnanci a vedením společnosti. První část práce je zaměřena na teorii logistiky a dalších logistických činností a procesů. Druhá část se věnuje základním údajům a historii podniku a aplikování teoretických poznatků do praktické části. Výstupem práce jsou určité návrhy na zlepšení, které vyplývají z analýzy současného stavu společnosti.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe aim of the bachelor thesis is the analysis of logistics in Bidfood Czech Republic. such as supplier selection, communication with customers, movement of documents. Sub?sequently, there are rather specific areas focused on the Dýšina depot, where the method of storage, purchase and inventory of goods is approached, and finally the process of planning the car and the method of transporting goods directly to the customer. Knowledge from professional literature, internal data of the company, and especially per?sonal consultations with employees and company management were used to implement the bachelor thesis. The first part of the thesis is focused on the theory of logistics and other logistics activities and processes. The second part deals with basic data and history of the company and the application of theoretical knowledge to the practical part. The output of the thesis are certain suggestions for improvement, which result from the anal?ysis of the current state of the company.en
