dc.description.abstractPředložená práce je zaměřena na analýzu sociálních sítí v hotelu Ibis a porovnání se vzorkem konkurenčních hotelů pomocí Benchmark analýzy. Cílem práce bylo navržení opatření, která povedou ke zlepšení komunikace hotelu Ibis na sociálních sítích. Na základě získaných poznatků byla navrhnuta kampaň na sociálních sítích. V práci byl zpracován v rámci teoretické části úvod do marketingu na internetu a jeho použití v rámci hotelnictví. Dále se práce věnuje sociálním médiím a sociálním sítím a jejich významu pro marketingovou komunikaci. Praktická část je věnována analýze sociálních sítí a porovnání jejich využití s konkurenčními hotely. Pro účely analýzy byla využita analytická aplikace ZoomSphere. Závěr práce je věnován shrnutí, návrhu kampaně dle frameworku See-Think-Do-Care a vyhodnocení její efektivnosti.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe presented thesus is focused on the analysis of social networks in the Ibis hotel and comparison with a sample of competing hotels using Benchmark analysis. The main goal of the thesis was to propose measures that will improve the communication of the Ibis hotel on social media. Based on the acquired knowledge was suggested a campaign on social networks. The theoretical part of the thesis was an introduction to internet marketing and its use in the hotel industry. Furthermore, the thesis deals with social media and social networks and their importance for marketing communication. The practical part is devoted to the analysis of social networks and a comparison of their use with competing hotels. For the analysis was used ZoomSphere as a analytics application. The conclusion of the thesis is devoted to a summary, suggestion of the campaign according to the See-Think-Do-Care framework and evaluation of its effectiveness.en
